Our client, a top-tier, global law firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support recruiting processes for all staff roles.

Responsibilities:

- Support all administrative tasks within the recruiting and HR department

- Manage calendars and schedule all candidate interviews

- Post job descriptions on ATS and firm website

- Compose offer letters

- Send rejections and other candidate follow up communication

- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientations

- Review resumes, perform phone screens and sit in on interviews

Educational requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Experience requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of recruiting-related experience

Qualifications:

- Strong office skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

- Excellent communication skills
