Open Position: Marketing & Events Coordinator for Diversity & Inclusion Department

Our client, a top tier, global law firm is adding a Coordinator to its Diversity and Inclusion team on a temporary basis. The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the overall diversity and inclusion initiatives of the firm, including event coordination, budgeting, and marketing material production.


Events- Liaise with multiple departments, offices, and external organizations to coordinate cultural engagements, speaking events, and sponsorships with direction from the Manager, also providing day-of events support.

Marketing- Curating, creating and producing marketing materials related to diversity, including RFPs, PowerPoint presentations, intranet, website and social media accounts. Assisting with diversity surveys and client requests.

Budgeting/Financial- Liaise between the diversity affinity groups, Manager and senior leadership on annual business plans, budget requests, and programming, creating and maintaining diversity annual reports.

Productivity- Scheduling and attending Committee meetings, taking minutes and results, and maintaining focus on agreed-upon projects. Providing administrative support for the department as needed, maintaining Global Diversity calendars, and budget management.
Ad hoc projects as needed.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field

Experience requirements:

2-5 years of experience in professional services (Legal, Financial, Accounting, Real Estate) environment


- Interest in Diversity and Inclusion programming
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
